Job Title: Tech Lead – Microsoft Stack (.NET)
Salary: €90,000 – €100,000
Location: Remote-first

Overview:
A fast-scaling fintech company is seeking a Tech Lead with deep Microsoft stack expertise to take ownership of a core product rebuild. This is a critical role in the business, offering the opportunity to shape technical direction, guide development best practices, and remain hands-on with architecture and high-level coding decisions.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong foundation in .NET technologies, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable, clean systems in a collaborative, agile environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery of greenfield and brownfield projects across the Microsoft stack

  • Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and developers to shape and execute the engineering roadmap

  • Stay hands-on with design, architecture, and coding (around 40–50% of the time)

  • Drive best practices in software development, testing, and DevOps

  • Mentor and support developers across multiple teams

  • Participate in hiring and contribute to shaping the engineering culture


Tech Stack:

  • .NET Core / .NET 6+

  • C#

  • Azure (Functions, App Services, DevOps)

  • SQL Server

  • RESTful APIs

  • Docker/Kubernetes (bonus)

  • React or Angular (nice to have)


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software development experience, primarily using .NET/C#

  • Strong background in building scalable SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade systems

  • Proven experience in a tech lead or senior leadership role

  • Deep understanding of architectural patterns (e.g. DDD, microservices, event-driven design)

  • Experience working in cloud-native environments (ideally Azure)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
